Operators like yourself are facing the challenge of effectively recruiting high-quality talent for their restaurants. You may be asking yourself,
"What can I do to attract high-quality team members that uphold the high standards of service Chick-fil-A is known for?"
A Chick-fil-A team member must be hard-working, kind, hospitable, and a joy to be around. You know such individuals are around your community, but how can you attract them to join your team?
Such questions are asked by Operators all over the US as they face labor shortages and the ever-growing challenge of recruiting new hardworking and loyal team members.
At Orange Visuals, we have helped Operators across several states to tackle the issue of recruiting with a unique, localized, and affordable video solution.

“I would highly recommend Orange visuals to any operator who is seeking to broadcast their employer brand to their community.”

How do we use videos to help Operators recruit new team members?
First, we find out who the ideal team members already working at the local Chick-fil-A are, and/or which team members they would like to attract. We then document these individuals working in the restaurant and any extra curricular activities outside of the restaurant in a video series called “Real People, Real Lives”.
In essence we demonstrate the positive impact and influence Chick-fil-A has on it’s team members by demonstrating their growth as an individual in and out of the restaurant. These videos are enjoyable, exciting, shareable, personable, and local, creating opportunity to attract other potential team members as shown in the videos.
There is a sense of excitement when watching the video, which shows that working at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job, but a place where you can grow and develop as an individual in a way that impacts your whole life. This solution allows Operators to strategically target and attract new recruits that are similar to the best performing team members in the store currently.
Jay Yanak - Operator in Washington, PA
“Amidst the current challenge of hiring talent, I was looking for a creative way to highlight the important stories and elements of our culture that make working at Chick-fil-A unique. I wanted to recognize some of the amazing people that we have been blessed to attract at our store as well as an opportunity to share my Chick-fil-A story.
Timothy was personal and professional in his work and took time to get to know my values as an operator. With this knowledge, Timothy crafted videos that accurately represented the values that we seek to attract in future employees.
The videos are of the highest quality and are creatively pieced together to highlight the character of the team. I would highly recommend Orange visuals to any operator who is seeking to broadcast their employer brand to their community.”

Lance Reed - Operator in Oxford, Mississippi
Lance also faced the same challenge of recruiting new team members that aligned with Chick-fil-A values. Oxford is a smaller town that is closely knit together through college football and deep historical roots. It’s population doubles during football season which creates a drastic shift in the need for members to service the influx of customers.
Besides sharing the individual growth of current high performing team members, we also needed to ensure the videos we created for this location resonated with the deep history and college roots of the town. These videos not only needed to attract high quality team members, but ones that could connect well with customers through the culture and history of the town.
