How do we use videos to help Operators recruit new team members?

First, we find out who the ideal team members already working at the local Chick-fil-A are, and/or which team members they would like to attract. We then document these individuals working in the restaurant and any extra curricular activities outside of the restaurant in a video series called “Real People, Real Lives”.

Oxford is a smaller town that is closely knit together through college football and deep historical roots.
